PARIS Online Webinar Training

PARIS trainings are primarily intended for staff responsible for entering information into PARIS. Individuals responsible for certifying PARIS reports are also encouraged to attend. The trainings provide background information on PARIS, instructions for Enrollment and explanation of PARIS user roles, an overview of the PARIS reporting pages for the Annual and Budget reports, helpful tips and common reporting issues.

Please note that the trainings are intended for new PARIS users for all authorities. The trainings are not intended to provide one-on-one assistance for PARIS reporting issues.

Dates for upcoming training sessions, along with registration information, is shared below.

For your convenience, the ABO website offers documents that provide guidance on using the PARIS system:

PARIS FAQ’s – provides answers to commonly asked questions
PARIS Handbook – provides guidance on submitting reports
PARIS Training Slides – provides a copy of the presentation used during trainings

The ABO is available via email at info@abo.ny.gov to assist in answering questions as well.

Trainings will be held online via Webex. The following is required to participate in the training:

A telephone
A quiet setting, such as an office, where you can close the door
A computer with internet access
