Overview
The Public Authorities Reporting Information System (PARIS) is the online reporting system that allows public authorities to enter their information and submit their reports to both the Authorities Budget Office (ABO) and the Office of the State Comptroller (OSC), as required by law.
Every authority is required to designate an individual as the Primary Authorizer, who will be responsible and accountable for creating and maintaining the accounts of eligible PARIS users for their own authority.

For newly created authorities or authorities that may have had their primary authorizer leave, the PARIS Account Authorization Form (link below) will need to be filled out and submitted to OSC to get access to PARIS.

PARIS Online Webinar Training
PARIS trainings are primarily intended for staff responsible for entering information into PARIS. Individuals responsible for certifying PARIS reports are also encouraged to attend. The trainings provide background information on PARIS, instructions for enrollment and explanation of the PARIS user roles, an overview of the PARIS reporting pages for the Annual and Budget reports, helpful tips and common reporting issues.
Please note that the trainings are intended for new PARIS users for all authorities. The trainings are not intended to provide one-on-one assistance for PARIS reporting issues.
The ABO is available via email at [email protected] to assist in answering questions as well.
Trainings will be held online via Webex. The following is required to participate in the training:
- A telephone
- A quiet setting such as an office where you can close the door
- A computer with internet access

How to Register for PARIS Training Sessions
Complete the online registration request form by selecting the link below. Submitting a registration request does not guarantee your registration. You will receive an email from the ABO, with additional information, once our office reviews the registration details.
