These datasets are a compilation of annual procurement reports submitted by public authorities. They contain detailed information about procurement transactions made by public authorities during the reporting period that have an actual or estimated value of $5,000 or more. Information about the vendors, contract types, procurement processes, and dollar amounts of goods and services procured by public authorities is included in the datasets. The dataset contains information that covers 8 fiscal years, which includes fiscal years ending in the most recently completed calendar year. The terms of individual procurements can vary significantly, and not all procurement contracts that extend over multiple years are paid against every year. Individually procured goods and services that fall below this threshold are not included in the datasets. The datasets also include procurements from a single vendor that exceed $5,000 per reporting period even if comprised of multiple transactions that each fall below the $5,000 threshold.
Public authorities are not required to enter information in all the fields of the procurement report. Fields were left blank when the public authority did not provide any information. The ABO is not responsible for verifying the accuracy or reasonableness of the data reported, and does not verify or confirm the accuracy of the data. Specific details for any procurement transaction would need to be clarified by the reporting public authority.
